Help A Horse Updates

Sorry we have been gone so long! As you may or may not know, we were supporting a protest against Days End Farm Horse Rescue's new euthanasia policy. You can learn more about that here. The protest is now over, and the petition to the target has been sent in! Our website will now continue to be updated again!

Our AwardSpace website is going to be updated soon! So check out our new Halloween theme once it gets published!

We have added a NEW rescue to our website! Check out that rescue here!

Help A Horse News

We have added a new rescue to our website, so be sure to check them out! They are a GREAT rescue located in Maryland, and they could use some donations!

We have added a Halloween theme to our other website!

The videos at the youtube account, where most of the Help A Horse videos were, got deleted. It was accused of copyright infringement, but it was a mistake. Our videos are now gone :( Thankfully, we have a NEW youtube account where all of our videos are (or will be soon). You can check out our new account at www.youtube.com/legacylover2 BE SURE TO CHECK IT OUT!

October's Urgent Animal of the Month- Delilah&Rocky

Delilah (left) (age 2) and Rocky (right) (age 4) are in very desperate situations. They are both black mixes, that used to live with an elderly woman. The woman could not take care of them anymore, so they are now living in a VERY temporary home. They are spending most of their time in crates due to limited space. They are thin due to lack of funds for food, but they are getting their weight back thanks to generous donations. They are very sweet dogs. Both will warm up after a while to you. Rocky is not fond of other male dogs, but he is fine with his sister. If no one takes them soon, they will be taken to a shelter, where they might lose their precious lives. If you can help rescue/adopt these fine dogs, please email below. They are waiting for you!

October's Horse 4 Adoption- DaVinci

DaVinci is a very sweet Thoroughbred. He loves getting attention and getting groomed. He's very easy to lead, and is SUCH a sweetheart! He is a 16hh Thoroughbred. He is currently having some problems with his legs, but he is slowly recovering. He IS ridable, but NO jumping. He does not like jumping, and it has been dangerous to the rider and horse in past situations. He enjoys going on trails, but might also do well in dressage. He's a very good boy! He cannot be ridden by children, and is for advanced riders only. He's such a sweetie! Come down and see him!

October's Dog 4 Adoption- Harley

Harley is a very sweet dog available at Baltimore County Humane Society. Harley is an adorable Lab/Pit mix. He's very loving and SO cute! He's just a puppy at 6 months old. He has a non-contagious skin condition called Demodex, and is under treatment for it. His new family will need to continue this treatment for this beautiful puppy! He came to Maryland from South Carolina, to increase his chances of finding a better home. He cannot be placed with children under 10 because he is just so playful! If you LOVVEE to play and need a cute doggie to have around the house, Harley is the perfect dog!
